Although Our Vacation Centre (OVC) takes all care in informing members of the most up to date and correct information it remains the responsibility of clients to ensure they are familiar with all terms and conditions relating to individual travel products, visa and immigration, health and customs requirements associated with their travel.

Following is an overview of general items for you to consider in relation to your travel, however the overview may not be absolute in its content and clients must thoroughly check all details in regard to their travel plan. OVC are happy to assist you in regard to any clarifications or other information you require.

1. VISAS AND PASSPORTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

2. PASSPORTS MUST BE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS FROM RETURN DATE

3. IF YOU ARE NOT TRAVELLING ON AUSTRALIAN PASSPORT YOU MAY REQUIRE A RE ENTRY VISA.

4. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT SCHEDULES. ANY CHANGE IN SCHEDULING OR DELAYS AND THE RESULTING IMPACT ON ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF OUR VACATION CENTRE.

5. QUOTES ARE VALID FOR 7 DAYS EXCLUDING AIRFARES. AIRFARES ARE VALID AT THE TIME OF QUOTING ONLY

6. THE AMOUNTS DISPLAYED EXCLUDE ANY CREDIT CARD MERCHANT FEE SURCHARGES

7. PACKAGES, CRUISES AND FLIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABLITY

8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO REQUEST AND FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THEIR PARTICULAR TRAVEL.

9. YOUR BOOKING MAY BE CANCELLED IF THE DEPOSIT AND/OR FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE REQUIRED DATE STIPULATED BY THE SUPPLIER.

10. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO ENSURE BOOKING DETAILS ARE CORRECT AND ALL PASSENGER NAMES ARE CORRECT AND MATCH PASSPORTS. NAME CHANGES AND BOOKING CHANGES INCUR PENALTIES.

11. ALL GOVERNMENT FEES, PORT CHARGES, SURCHARGES AND TAXES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. THEY ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE ONLY WHEN FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL AND TICKETS HAVE BEEN ISSUED.

12. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT FEES APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS ONCE A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

13. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO ENSURE THEY ARE AWARE OF THE LATEST TRAVEL ADVICE ISSUED BY THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT AND THE LATEST HEALTH INFORMATION FOR THE DESTINATIONS THEY ARE TRAVELLING. INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND AT

14. OUR VACATION CENTRE STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT CLIENTS PURCHASE ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER FOR THEIR DESTINATIONS

Cookies

Our web servers automatically collect limited information about your computer’s connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our site. Use of Information

Sharing with Business Partners
We share aggregated information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any person or individual computer. Like all businesses accepting credit cards, we use a credit card processing company to handle credit card transactions. We use a fulfillment company, Our Vacation Center, to handle ticketing and other travel details. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

What personal information do we collect?
Generally the type of information we collect about you is the information that is needed to facilitate arrangements and bookings and to provide travel services and products to you. For example, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiry date, passport number and dietary requirements (if any) and health issues that are relevant to your travel arrangements.

Deal Alert Newsletter Subscribers
Our Vacation Centre will send an email to people who subscribe, by entering your email address in the ‘Deal Alert’ box. The emails are sent out monthly and contain the latest travel/cruise and resort deals.
Occasionally a limited duration special deal is released and we may send a Hot Deal email to alert subscribers of this offer. Your individual email address is not used for any other purpose and will not be supplied to a third party.

Unsubscribe
Should any recipient of our newsletter wish to unsubscribe they can do so by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the monthly email.

How do we use personal information?
We will use your personal information to provide you with travel, cruise and resorts and; related products and services. We may use and disclose your personal information for the purpose for which it was collated, or for a related or ancillary purpose such as any one or more of the following purposes:
• Identification of fraud or error
• Regulatory reporting and compliance
• Developing, improving and marketing our products and services
• Servicing our relationship with you by, among other things, providing updates on promotions and services we think that may interest you

Security

We use SSL encryption - the industry standard - to protect sensitive information such as credit card numbers. All of your credit card information is kept on a secured server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information is sent in an encrypted form and cannot be read over the Internet. Once we receive your credit card information, we store it on a server that is inaccessible from the Internet.

All credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. You are welcome to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone if you feel more comfortable doing so.
